1. Returns

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized eyewear, gift cards, and any other items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: The refund process may take up to 10-15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer an exchange for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. Shipping
